How it Works

Select the item(s) to return - they have to be in their original condition with labels.

Initiate the return request. An agent will contact you shortly to provide you with personalized service.

Once approved, receive your shipping label. Pack your product(s) with care and drop your package.

Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

What items are returnable?

You can return unused items, in new condition, with all tags attached, in the original package for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase -- except for safety and lifesaving equipment which can’t be returned after purchase. Safety equipment include helmets, life jackets, and climbing gear.

How soon will I get my refund?

Exchange and Refunds are processed 3 to 4 days after your products arrive at our warehouse. They are then reviewed by the logistics team. 

For refunds, the money will be transferred to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it’s usually within 48hrs.

Can I exchange a product I ordered online?

We do not process exchanges for orders made online, at this time. To replace your returned product, please purchase the replacement item you desire on the website, and initiate a return/refund for the one you are returning.

What is our Warranty Policy?

Decathlon offers a two-year warranty on all of your products, from the date of purchase.
