How it Works

Select the item(s) to return - they have to be in their original condition with labels.

Initiate the return request. An agent will contact you shortly to provide you with personalized service.

Once approved, receive your shipping label. Pack your product(s) with care and drop your package.

Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by our Logistic's Team, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours of reception of the item at our warehouse. The refund will usually be initiated 7 to 10 days after you mail your package.

What items are non-refundable?

Our Satisfied or Satisfied guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Can I replace a product I ordered online?

We do not process replacements for orders made online. To replace your returned product, please purchase the replacement item you desire on the website, and initiate a return/refund for the one you are returning.
